Experience secure and transparent digital assets

DNO - On October 29 and 30, AlphaTrue Joint Stock Company and the Danang Center for Supporting Innovation and Startups (under the Department of Science and Technology) organized the workshop "Fintech sandbox - Experience Basal Pay, understand digital assets correctly".

The seminar aims to provide information on crypto-asset trends, crypto-asset management policies, career opportunities in the fintech industry, and blockchain technology.

According to information at the workshop, on August 26, 2025, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a decision approving a controlled, limited-term trial of Basal Pay software of Alphatrue Solutions Joint Stock Company.

This is the first time a crypto-asset solution has been tested publicly, under the control of a state agency in Vietnam.

Basal Pay is 100% developed by Vietnamese engineers, allowing users to convert crypto assets to Vietnamese Dong via QR code quickly and transparently.

The application fully complies with international standard KYC/AML/CFT regulations, aiming to become a "Make in Vietnam" cross-border payment platform.

The project goes through 5 phases and is allowed to be tested for 36 months from the date of issuance, at 2 locations: Danang Center for Supporting Innovative Startups and Concentrated Information Technology Park - Software Park No. 1 and 2.

In the coming time, Basal Pay's chain of activities in Da Nang will continue to expand, aiming to integrate more realistic simulation models and high-quality fintech-blockchain human resource training programs.
