The five sisters supported are Thao Thi Sung, 5th grade students at Lao Va Chai Primary Boarding School, Ngan Chai village, orphaned by their father and mother working in another province. They live with their elderly grandparents, and are from a poor household with special difficulties.
With the support of the Vietnam Children's Fund, donors have supported 80 million VND to build a level 4 house for 5 sisters. In addition, sponsors pledged to support each child with 500 thousand VND/month until they turn 18 to cover their study and living expenses.
