Mr. Phan Quoc Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, shared that the business coffee program is organized monthly to create a "playground" to help businesses access new sources of knowledge in management and operation, while helping the government grasp the wishes of businesses to be able to accompany and support them better.

Including 4 levels of emotional intelligence capacity: self-awareness, self-control, social awareness; relationship management. This helps leaders achieve life balance, build strong inner strength, develop emotional intelligence, and effectively reduce pressure.
Within the framework of the business coffee program, the Provincial Development Research Institute also implemented an assessment of the competitiveness index of departments, branches, and localities (DDCI) in Thua Thien Hue province in 2023. Accordingly, the subjects of assessment are 32 units including local departments and branches with 2,500 enterprises participating in the survey, and enterprise information is kept confidential during the survey process.
The implementation of DDCI assessment aims to create a reliable, widespread and transparent information channel for businesses to contribute ideas to build local governments. This creates an important highlight in the government's efforts to improve the investment and business environment and considers it an important tool in directing and operating the province's socio -economic development.
The results of the DDCI Index will be used as a measure for the Provincial People's Committee to evaluate the economic management capacity of the authorities of districts, towns, cities, departments, branches and sectors of the province.
