Lao Cai: Support vehicles transporting fresh lychee for export through Kim Thanh international road border gate No. II

According to the plan, trucks carrying fresh lychees will be given priority to go through a separate control gate, gather at the waiting area for customs clearance procedures, then move to the yard in front of the inter-sectoral control house for quick exit.

Other types of export goods are also guided and arranged scientifically to ensure no congestion.

The Management Board of Lao Cai Provincial Economic Zone also requested the Border Guard Station of International Road Border Gate No. II (Kim Thanh) to arrange forces to guide, divide traffic, and arrange vehicles through Kim Thanh border gate to ensure safety, order, and convenience.

During the export of fresh lychee, it is recommended that member sectors managing border gates arrange officers to be present at the location to handle procedures from 6:15 a.m. (45 minutes before the opening time of the border gate).

Customs and Border Guard forces working at Barrier 2B were present from 6am to facilitate customs clearance of fresh lychees.
