Accordingly, the Vinh Long Provincial Economic Zone Management Board was established on the basis of merging the Tra Vinh Economic Zone Management Board (old), the Ben Tre Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board (old) and the Vinh Long Industrial Parks Management Board (old).
The Vinh Long Provincial Economic Zone Management Board is an agency under the People's Committee of Vinh Long Province, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks and economic zones in the province. The Management Board and organization perform the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones in Vinh Long Province.
The Board has legal status, an account, a seal; state administrative management funds, career operation funds and development investment capital are provided by the state budget.
The Decision takes effect from July 31, 2025.
