Specifically, Tu Ky High School was proposed to the President to be awarded the Third Class Independence Medal; Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hue, Deputy Head of the PrimaryEducation Department (Department of Education and Training) was proposed to the President to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal. Mr. Pham Hong Quan, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Nguyen Huu Gioi, teacher of Thanh Mien High School and Ms. Nguyen Thi He, teacher of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted were proposed to the Prime Minister to be awarded the title of National Emulation Fighter.

The collection of opinions for the above individuals and groups is carried out in accordance with the regulations on emulation and rewards. This is also the basis for the Provincial Emulation and Rewards Committee to advise the Provincial Emulation and Rewards Council to submit to the competent authority for decision on rewards.
