Specifically, Tu Ky High School was proposed to the President to be awarded the Third Class Independence Medal; Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hue, Deputy Head of the Primary Education Department (Department of Education and Training) was proposed to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President. Mr. Pham Hong Quan, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Nguyen Huu Gioi, teacher of Thanh Mien High School and Ms. Nguyen Thi He, teacher of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted were proposed to be awarded the title of National Emulation Fighter by the Prime Minister.

The collection of opinions for the above individuals and groups is carried out in accordance with the regulations on emulation and commendation. This is also the basis for the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board to advise the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council to submit to the competent authority for decision on commendation.
