At the conference, experts and delegates focused on discussing and contributing opinions on several contents of the decree, such as: the selection of comparable land parcels when applying the comparative method in order of priority; the application of land valuation methods; cases where the State leases land with a one-time payment for the entire lease period; regulations on training institutions for land valuation knowledge; examination questions and issuance of certificates of completion for training courses on land valuation; land price tables; adjustments, amendments, and additions to land price tables in the year of application; the procedures and content for determining land prices using the comparative method…
Concluding the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized: This Decree provides detailed regulations and guidance on the implementation of the 2024 Land Law regarding land valuation methods; the construction, adjustment, amendment, and supplementation of land price tables; specific land valuation; and the conditions for practicing land valuation consulting. Based on the opinions of experts and delegates, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to promptly explain, incorporate, and finalize the draft decree for submission to the Government for consideration and promulgation in accordance with the correct legal procedures and regulations.
