Seeking comments on the draft decree regulating land prices

At the conference, experts and delegates focused on discussing and contributing opinions on a number of contents in the decree, such as: The selection of comparable land plots when applying the comparison method is implemented in order of priority; application of land valuation method; cases where the State leases land and pays a one-time fee for the entire lease period; regulations on training facilities for fostering knowledge on land valuation; set of exam questions and issuance of certificates of completion of training and fostering courses on land valuation; land price list; adjustment, amendment and supplementation of land price list in the year of application of land price list; procedures and contents of determining land price according to the comparison method...

Concluding the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized: This Decree details and guides the implementation of the 2024 Land Law on land valuation methods; development, adjustment, amendment and supplementation of land price lists; specific land valuation and conditions for practicing land valuation consultancy. Based on the opinions of experts and delegates, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to promptly explain, absorb and complete the draft decree to submit to the Government for consideration and decision on promulgation in accordance with the correct procedures and legal regulations.
