Seeking opinions on the draft project to spread the cultural tradition of mining workers among cadres and employees

On the afternoon of March 28, in Ha Long City, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) held a conference to collect opinions on the draft project to spread the cultural tradition of the Mining Region workers "Discipline and unity" among the staff and employees of the province.

At the conference, delegates focused on researching and contributing many ideas to amend and supplement the draft Project. Specifically, they contributed to clarifying the contents of assessing the current cultural status of cadres and workers in the current conditions; analyzing the factors affecting the tradition of "Discipline and unity"; orienting viewpoints and solutions to build and promote the cultural tradition of Quang Ninh workers in the new conditions. At the same time, they proposed specific goals, targets and roadmaps for implementing the Project.

Currently, the Provincial Federation of Labor has also conducted 1,000 surveys among cadres, union members, and employees. Of which, 320 cadres, civil servants, and public employees; 680 employees at 119 units and enterprises were surveyed to collect information on the current situation as well as the wishes of union members and employees to put the contents into the implementation of the Project to ensure that it is correct and close to reality. Thereby, contributing toeducating cadres and employees about the cultural traditions of resilient and indomitable Mining workers; strongly arousing the aspirations of cadres and employees to build a model Quang Ninh, increasingly rich, civilized, and modern.
