Informing Giao Thong Newspaper, a representative of Deo Ca Group said that the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects of Traffic Works of Hoa Binh Province has just issued Decision No. 1547/QD-BQL on approving the list of contractors meeting the technical requirements of the XL-02 package of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway project passing through Hoa Binh Province.

The scope of the contract is construction and installation (including survey and design of BVTC) of 2 tunnels and foundation, road surface and construction items on the route from Km 34+900 - Km 37+87,870 and from Km 37+798,400 - Km 38+911,540.
Accordingly, the contractor evaluated as meeting the technical requirements for the above package is the joint venture: Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company - Son Hai Group Limited Company - Song Da 10 Joint Stock Company with an evaluation result of 96.5 points.
The Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway project (section from Km 19+000 - Km 53+000 in Hoa Binh province) has a total investment of VND 9,997 billion.
This is the first expressway to be built in Hoa Binh province.
The project is invested to connect the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway (Son La province), thereby creating a premise to complete the CT.03 expressway (Hoa Binh - Son La - Dien Bien ) according to the Road Network Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister.
The expressway also contributes to the formation of inter-regional traffic routes: Son La, the Northwestern provinces - Hanoi , Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, and the northern mountainous provinces.
