To make the Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health effective, the District Labor Federation calls on grassroots unions to proactively develop specific action plans, suitable to the actual conditions of each unit and enterprise. In particular, it is necessary to organize extensive propaganda, launch emulation movements among workers, civil servants, and laborers; promote initiatives, improve techniques, and improve productivity and labor quality.

Representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor and Thanh Liem District Party Committee presented gifts to encourage workers.

Focus on organizing activities to care for the interests of union members and workers through negotiation, signing collective labor agreements, dialogue; building and implementing the Grassroots Democracy Charter; visiting, giving gifts, supporting union members in difficult circumstances; honoring exemplary workers.

Strengthening the development of union members, especially in enterprises with many workers who have not yet joined the union; consolidating and improving the quality of activities of the grassroots union executive committee. Actively coordinating with employers to organize specific activities, contributing to ensuring occupational safety and health, reducing stress in the workplace, and building a friendly and safe working environment for employees.

At the launching ceremony, the District Labor Federation presented 60 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total value of 30 million VND.
