City Cooperative Union commends typical collectives and individuals

Over the past 5 years, the Hue City Cooperative Alliance system has actively responded, propagated, and implemented emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, the City People's Committee and all levels such as: Emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas"; "The whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind"... associated with the emulation movement "Promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style"; "Emulation movement of the whole country joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses"...

Through the annual member conference, the City Cooperative Union organizes and launches emulation movements and representatives of units and cooperatives sign emulation covenants with specific evaluation criteria as a basis for timely consideration and recommendation of recognition of emulation titles and rewards at all levels.

Coordinate with Hue Newspaper, Radio and Television to produce reports and columns on collective economic activities and cooperatives, thereby contributing to raising awareness of the role and position of cooperatives in the economy, as well as promoting and replicating new models and good practices...

The City Cooperative Union displays and introduces typical products of cooperatives.

Thanks to the promotion of propaganda and mobilization, the number of members of the City Cooperative Union has increased every year, with an average of 10-15 new cooperatives established each year. The quality of cooperative activities has also been improved, with many new types of cooperatives appearing, such as: craft village cooperatives, multi-purpose agricultural cooperatives, aquaculture cooperatives, market cooperatives, handicraft cooperatives, stone mining cooperatives, youth cooperatives, information technology cooperatives; sustainable forestry cooperatives, technology application cooperatives, etc.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the City Cooperative Alliance system has been awarded with the following forms and titles: Emulation Flag of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for 2 collectives; Emulation Flag of the City People's Committee for 15 collectives; Certificate of Merit of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for 34 collectives and 13 individuals; Commemorative Medal "For the cause of cooperative development" for 26 individuals; 4 units were honored as typical cooperatives and the Cooperative Star Award "CoopStar Awards"; 3 products were honored as typical products of cooperatives and the Mai An Tiem award...

At the conference, the Cooperative Alliance honored 17 collectives and 14 individuals as typical advanced models of the City Cooperative Alliance in the period 2020 - 2025 and launched the patriotic emulation movement in the period 2025 - 2030. At the same time, the list of delegates attending the 5th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance system was approved.

On this occasion, the Cooperative Union also organized booths to display, introduce and promote typical products of cooperatives.
