Rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in serving and ensuring activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Military Region's Armed Forces' Traditional Day and receiving the Ho Chi Minh Medal.

Through the commemorative activities, it has contributed to raising the awareness of officers and soldiers of Military Region 1's armed forces about the glorious history and tradition over 80 years of construction, fighting and growth; arousing pride, self-reliance, solidarity, overcoming difficulties, constantly striving to excellently complete all assigned tasks, building Military Region 1's armed forces to become increasingly mature and strong, meeting the requirements of the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new era, the era of rich and prosperous development of the nation.

Speaking at the summary conference, Major General La Cong Phuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, efforts, results and achievements in organizing the commemorative activities of the agencies and units of the Military Region; and sincerely thanked the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the central ministries, branches, agencies of the Ministry of National Defense, and localities in the Military Region for their regular attention, direction and coordination with Military Region 1 in organizing the commemorative ceremony and commemorative activities.

The Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Military Region 1 also emphasized: Although the schedule of activities is quite dense, especially in the difficult conditions of late September and early October 2025, the Organizing Committee has managed promptly and flexibly, ensuring that the activities take place smoothly, consistently, and effectively. Some activities had to be adjusted in time or implemented in a short time, but the agencies and units have been proactive, creative, overcome difficulties, coordinated, cooperated closely, and completed the tasks well...

On this occasion, Military Region 1 awarded 13 collectives and 29 individuals with outstanding achievements in serving and ensuring activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Military Region 1's Armed Forces Tradition Day and received the Ho Chi Minh Medal.
