In the period of 2022 - 2025, the 3rd Division's CTĐ&PTTN has comprehensive and solid development; has built many new advanced typical collective and individual models.

In particular, political and ideological education , training to improve political capacity and confidence for youth union members are implemented synchronously and comprehensively; closely combining traditional educational methods with the application of modern information technology, through many creative, rich and diverse forms of education.

Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan, Division Commander of Division 3, gave a speech directing the conference.

In 2024-2025, the Division mobilized more than 40,000 cadres and youth union members to participate in building dikes to prevent overflows, evacuating people's assets and livestock, helping people overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (2024), storm No. 10, No. 11 (2025) in Bac Ninh and Lang Son provinces, contributing to beautifying the beautiful image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the hearts of local authorities and people.

In the period of 2025-2030, Division 3 proposed the slogan of action in the CTĐ&PTTN as: The youth of the Division "Aspiration, solidarity, initiative, creativity, determination to win"; focusing on implementing breakthroughs: Strongly innovating the Youth Union's operating methods, improving the capacity and responsibility to set an example of cadres and youth union members in proactively performing tasks. Actively improving the quality of training, combat readiness; building discipline, management and compliance with discipline and law. Promoting research, application of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation among the youth of the division.

Delegation of Division 3 attended the conference to review the activities of the Military Region 1's armed forces in the period 2022-2025.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan, Division Commander of Division 3, congratulated, acknowledged and commended the achievements that the division's youth had achieved in the period of 2022 - 2025; requested that the division's youth movement and training activities in the coming time should focus on educating youth union members on revolutionary ideals and ethics. At the same time, concretize and effectively implement realistic programs and action plans; replicate and elevate to even greater heights the "5 beauties of a Gold Star soldier".
