Attending and working with the delegation were representatives from agencies within the General Political Department, the Command of Military Region 1, and the leaders and commanders of Brigade 409.

After reviewing reports and conducting on-site inspections, the inspection team unanimously assessed that: In 2025, Brigade 409 closely adhered to its political tasks, thoroughly understanding and strictly implementing directives and plans on Party and political work from higher authorities. The system of Party and political work documents was fully developed, standardized, and ensured compliance with guidelines; record-keeping was orderly, and administrative reforms and digital transformation were actively applied in Party and political work.

Major General Nguyen Hong Phuong presided over the inspection.

The unit has comprehensively implemented and completed all planned objectives and targets, contributing to improving overall quality, combat readiness, and building exemplary, clean, and strong Party committees and organizations.

Regarding ideological work, Party committees and commanders at all levels have effectively promoted exemplary conduct, maintained internal unity, fostered democracy, and contributed to consolidating trust, enhancing responsibility, and boosting the fighting spirit of officers and soldiers. Political propaganda, education , emulation, and reward activities have been organized effectively and efficiently, creating motivation for completing assigned tasks.

The inspection team also highly appreciated the Brigade's spirit of self-criticism and willingness to learn during the review process, and requested the unit to continue improving the quality of training, discipline, officer development, and the application of information technology and digital maps in training and exercises to meet the requirements of the mission in the new conditions.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Nguyen Hong Phuong expressed his delight at the comprehensive results achieved by the 409th Armored Brigade in 2025, affirming that this is a remarkable achievement, demonstrating the unity, responsibility, and continuous efforts of the Party committee, commanders, officers, and soldiers in fulfilling their assigned political tasks.

Major General Nguyen Hong Phuong commended the frank and constructive spirit of the Brigade's Party Committee and command in proactively identifying shortcomings in their work, considering them as a basis for further improvement and enhancement of leadership and guidance quality. He requested that in the coming period, the brigade continue to thoroughly understand the resolutions from higher levels, concretizing them into the unit's action programs and plans. Along with that, it is necessary to focus on maintaining strict combat readiness, improving training quality, building a regular and disciplined system, closely monitoring the situation, and avoiding passivity and surprises; paying attention to building a team of officers and soldiers with strong political resolve, a spirit of unity, and high responsibility, meeting the requirements of the mission in the new situation.
