Seeking public opinion on the consideration and nomination for the title of Hero of Labor.

On December 10th, the Hanoi City Emulation and Commendation Board issued Official Letter No. 776/BTD-HCTH regarding the publication of information for cases proposed for state-level commendation.

The official document states that, based on the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022; Clause 2, Article 44 of Government Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025, regulating decentralization and delegation of authority in the field of emulation and commendation; and the detailed regulations and guidance on the implementation of some articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Hanoi City Emulation and Commendation Board is publishing information to solicit public opinion on the consideration and proposal to award the title of "Hero of Labor" to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company.

Any feedback (if any) should be sent to the City's Emulation and Commendation Board (No. 37, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City) within 10 working days from the date of publication of this information.
