On July 26, the group stage of the 2025 National U.11 Children's Football Tournament - Nestlé MILO Cup officially ended after the final round of matches. The tournament organizers determined the 8 best teams to participate in the quarterfinals, which will take place on the afternoon of July 28 at Quang Nam Stadium (Huong Tra Ward, Da Nang City, in the area of ​​Tam Ky City, former Quang Nam Province).

In group A, the 2-2 draw between U.11 Lang Son and U.11 Thai Binh helped both teams advance. U.11 Lang Son ranked first in the group with 7 points, while U.11 Thai Binh took second place with 5 points.

In the remaining match, host U.11 Quang Nam defeated U.11 Ba Ria - Vung Tau with a score of 4-0.
