Budget revenue increased by more than 25%

On November 8, Da Nang Statistics reported that the total state budget revenue in the city as of October 25 reached more than 45,000 billion VND, an increase of 25.6% over the same period last year.

Of which, central budget revenue reached more than 10,000 billion VND, local budget revenue reached more than 35,000 billion VND. Some main revenue sources accounted for a large proportion: revenue from the non-state industrial and commercial sector, foreign-invested enterprises, personal income tax. Revenue from housing and land alone reached more than 6,000 billion VND, an increase of 73.2% over the same period in 2024.

This increase was mainly due to the smooth implementation of land exploitation and land use activities in high-value areas, contributing significantly to the overall budget revenue results.

According to Da Nang Statistics, this reflects the vibrancy of the real estate market, contributing to creating more motivation to attract investment and increase resources for the budget. However, land revenue often fluctuates according to market conditions and project implementation progress.

Danang Statistics added that after a period of strong adjustment in 2024, the Danang real estate market from the third quarter of 2025 has gradually improved thanks to policies to remove legal obstacles, adjust land price frames, along with the progress of implementing a series of key infrastructure projects such as the Co Co riverside road, the expanded High-Tech Park, and new urban areas in the northwest.

Transaction volume increased again, especially in the land and townhouse segments. As a result, real estate business revenue in October and the first 10 months of the year continued to increase strongly, contributing significantly to the overall growth of the service sector.

Da Nang is asserting its position as a center

Also according to Da Nang Statistics, real estate business services in October reached 1,749 billion VND, up 77.8% over the same period. In the first 10 months of 2025, real estate business services achieved revenue of more than 17,000 billion VND, up 104%.

"With support from infrastructure, capital flows and management policies, Da Nang is affirming its position as a comprehensive service center and the leading dynamic real estate market in the Central region, creating a favorable foundation for sustainable development of service industries in the coming time," Da Nang Statistics said.

In 2025, Da Nang adjusted the land price list twice within 7 months. This is a rare thing, but it is also a reality that shows that money is pouring into the real estate sector in this locality.

Specifically, from the beginning of 2025, Da Nang issued Decision 59/2024 to adjust and supplement the land price list in the city. In general, the new land price list increased by 10-12% compared to the previous price range.

In July 2025, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision 45 to adjust and supplement land prices in the area with an average land price increase rate compared to the old land price list (in Decision 59/2024).

Positive growth from production and business activities

According to Da Nang Statistics, the budget collection results for the first 10 months of 2025 achieved high progress, reflecting the positive growth trend of production and business activities, improving people's income and efficiency in revenue management.

The city continues to aim for sustainable revenue sources, strengthen monitoring of collection progress, handle tax debts and maintain effective administrative procedure reform, apply information technology, and review business households to ensure a balanced budget for the whole year.
