The Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Dien Lu Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, sets the goal of building a clean and strong commune Party Committee; maintaining the role of political nucleus, center of solidarity, and comprehensive leadership. To quickly put the resolution into practice, Secretary of the Dien Lu Commune Party Committee, Le Quang Huy, shared: Dien Lu Commune was established on the basis of merging the natural area and population of the communes: Dien Lu, Dien Trung, Ai Thuong. After the merger, the Commune Party Committee has 48 affiliated party organizations with 1,158 party members. After the successful Congress of the Dien Lu Commune Party Committee, the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee organized to disseminate and deploy the Party Congress resolution to the Party cells; build a full-term work program, an annual work program and operating regulations. At the same time, the Commune Party Committee assigned Party Committee members to be in charge of each Party cell, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people, promptly explain the people's questions about the goals, targets, tasks and solutions set out in the resolution.

In order to promote rapid and sustainable economic development, Dien Lu commune focuses on economic restructuring, striving for an average annual growth rate of 8.5% in total product value; average income per capita by 2030 reaching 72.1 million VND/person/year; the poverty rate decreasing by an average of 2% annually; the average annual budget revenue growth rate reaching 10%... To achieve this goal, Dien Lu commune promotes economic growth associated with sustainable structural transformation. Focusing resources on investing in infrastructure construction to serve socio-economic development; completing the infrastructure of Dien Trung industrial cluster. Promoting investment attraction to develop agricultural, forestry and construction materials processing industries, creating jobs and increasing income for people. Focusing on developing small-scale handicrafts associated with restoring traditional occupations, serving tourism development associated with preserving and promoting traditional cultural values. Strengthen leadership in land management, planning and construction order; improve the quality of planning, approval and construction management. Implement the shift in crop structure towards planning concentrated production areas, land accumulation for high-tech agricultural development; encourage farmers to innovate their thinking, invest in production associated with processing. Develop high-tech agriculture associated with eco-tourism, build product brands, trace origin, and protect the environment.

To concretize the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Dien Lu Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Dien Tien Village Party Cell has focused on thoroughly grasping the resolution; building a specific action program suitable to actual conditions; propagating and mobilizing people to shift crop structure, bringing valuable plants and breeds into production to improve productivity and product quality, bringing economic efficiency and increasing income. At the same time, directing mass organizations to actively mobilize people to contribute labor and money to build an increasingly prosperous homeland.

Mr. Vi Van Dung, deputy secretary of the Party cell and head of Dien Tien village, said: In the coming time, Dien Tien village Party cell will lead and direct the people to focus on economic development, in which, encourage households with conditions to boldly rent land to expand the area of fruit trees and vegetables to supply the market inside and outside the commune. Mobilize all resources to build synchronous infrastructure to strive for Dien Tien village to become a model village by 2030.
