Over the years, the school has always paid attention to and created conditions for staff and teachers to participate in training courses, seminars on professional exchange, topics on innovative teaching and learning methods; enhanced self-study, self-improvement, and writing of experience initiatives to improve professional qualifications and skills. Up to now, 100% of the school's staff and teachers have achieved standard and above-standard professional qualifications, meeting the teaching requirements for each subject. Over the years, the school's education quality has always been at the top of the secondary school level in Nhu Thanh district (old). At the end of the 2024-2025 school year, Yen Tho Secondary School had 94% of students classified as good, no students classified as weak or poor; 7 students won prizes in Math, Literature, and English at the district level (old); 12 students won prizes in physical education and sports at the district level (old) and provincial level... Every year, the secondary school graduation rate is always 100%; the high school entrance exam passing rate is 81.19%.
