How to do it
Step 1: Sit up straight with your legs stretched out in front of you.
Step 2: As you inhale, bend your right leg at the knee and bring the outside of your right leg to the floor with your knee facing the ceiling.
Step 3: Exhale, bring your right hand from behind your body, touching the floor with your palm.
Step 4: While inhaling, raise your left arm up high, while turning your body to the right and placing your left elbow on the outside of your right thigh, with your palm facing up.
Step 5: Hold this position for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, breathing deeply and evenly.
Step 6: Repeat the process with the other side of the body.
