At 1:00 a.m. on November 20, water levels on rivers were as follows:
Kon River at Thanh Hoa station is 8.95m, on BĐ3 is 0.95m;
Ba River at Cung Son station is 40.99m, on BĐ3 is 6.49m, exceeding the historical flood level (in 1993) by 1.09m; at Phu Lam station is 5.36m, on BĐ3 is 1.66m, exceeding the historical flood level in 1993 (5.21m) by 0.15m.
Dinh Ninh Hoa River (Khanh Hoa) at Ninh Hoa station is 6.62m, on BĐ3 0.92m, exceeding the historical flood level in 1986 (6.58m) by 0.04m.
Cai Nha Trang River (Khanh Hoa) at Dong Trang station is 12.68m, on BĐ3 is 1.68m;
Cai Phan Rang River (Khanh Hoa) at Phan Rang station is 4.66m, 0.16m above level 3;
Krong Ana River at Giang Son station is 422.90m, 0.9m above BĐ2.

It is forecasted that this morning, the flood on the Ba River is likely to peak. In the next 12 hours, the flood on the Ba River will continue to decrease and will be at a high level above BĐ3. The flood on the Kon River will decrease below BĐ3; the Krong Ana River will continue to increase and will be below BĐ3; the flood on the Thu Bon River will decrease below BĐ2.
In the next 12-24 hours, flood on Ba River fluctuates at high level above BĐ3; flood on Kon River falls below BĐ2; Krong Ana River continues to rise and is at BĐ3; flood on Thu Bon River falls and is above BĐ1.
In the next 24 hours, floods on Huong River, Bo River, Vu Gia River, Tra Khuc River will fluctuate at level 1-2 and above level 2; other rivers in Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa will continue to rise and at level 2-3, some rivers above level 3.
The hydrometeorological agency said that the flood situation on rivers in the Central region is likely to last for many days. The disaster risk level for the eastern region of Dak Lak remains at level 4 - an extremely dangerous level with the risk of a combination of floods, flash floods, and landslides.
River basins from Gia Lai province to Khanh Hoa province have level 3 natural disaster risk and river basins from Hue city to Quang Ngai province have level 1-2 risk.
