On October 9, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Offline Force's tradition day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024) and received the First Class Military Exploit Medal.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security; Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Huong, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Minister of Public Security; Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Minister of Public Security; representatives of professional units of the Ministry of Public Security and Public Security of units and localities; leaders, officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Public Security's External Affairs Department through the periods.

The speech reviewing the 70th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Frontline Force by Lieutenant General Doan Hung Son, Director of the Frontline Department, stated: Over the past 70 years, the Frontline Force has continuously grown and developed. Regardless of the conditions and circumstances, the Frontline Force has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the Party's viewpoints and policies, successfully completed its tasks, and affirmed its special role and position in the Public Security work, in the struggle to protect national security, and ensure social order and safety.

Speaking emotionally at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Tien Cai, former Deputy Director of the External Affairs Department, shared: In each historical period of the nation's revolution, of the People's Public Security Forces, the External Affairs Force in general, and the External Affairs Department in particular, each external officer was extremely proud to be a soldier who had fought on the silent front line to protect national security, social order and safety...
“We have deep faith that the generations of cadres who are continuing the career today have enough courage and intelligence to continue to uphold and promote the glorious tradition, achieve many new feats for the Offline force; always worthy of being a loyal and trustworthy force of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security to build a clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern Offline force...", Colonel Nguyen Tien Cai affirmed.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang praised and congratulated the achievements that generations of officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Frontline Force have persistently, diligently, sacrificed and strived to achieve over the past 70 years.
Minister Luong Tam Quang emphasized that in order to contribute to the People's Public Security force in performing well the task of protecting security and order in the new era of the country, the offline force needs to continue to promote the heroic tradition and the valuable achievements and experiences gained in work, combat and force building.
At the same time, focus on building a clean and strong Party base; focus on building a team of offline cadres with strong political will, absolute loyalty to the Party, the Fatherland and the People, with pure moral qualities, noble ideals, sense of organization and discipline, intelligence, creativity, elite... ready to successfully carry out all assigned tasks.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Party and State leaders, Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang awarded the First Class Military Exploit Order to the Frontline force; awarded the Fatherland Protection Order and Military Exploit Order of various classes to individuals of the Frontline Department who had outstanding achievements./.
