Also on the morning of November 6, more than 350 officers and soldiers along with dozens of specialized vehicles and equipment such as cars, boats, pumps, field tents, etc. of Division 2 were mobilized to key localities in the province, along with authorities at all levels and people, to deploy plans to prevent, combat and promptly overcome the consequences of natural disasters. With the spirit of "Proactive, urgent, safe, effective", the unit carefully reviewed forces, vehicles, and materials to ensure the best for rescue work.

In addition, to support people in preventing and fighting storm No. 13, many forces such as the Police, Border Guard, Youth Union... were also mobilized to support people in evacuating to safe places; at the same time, moving assets, livestock... to high places, ensuring that they are not damaged or cause harm to people.
Fisherman Nguyen Van Loi (Hai Cang ward, Gia Lai province) said that thanks to the help and guidance of military forces, his boats are now safely secured at the fishing port.
