During the historic days of April, the Ho Chi Minh City Command paid special attention to directing many measures to enhance combat readiness to protect the safety of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 / April 30, 2025).

Major General Tran Van Trai, Deputy Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Command, said that with honor, pride, and responsibility in carrying out the mission, the Ho Chi Minh City Command and its units have ensured readiness in terms of human resources, weapons, equipment, and combat plans.
The City Command and units proactively supplemented and completed combat readiness plans and organized training alarms for officers and soldiers to master the plans, focusing on protecting the safety of targets.
Units stepped up propaganda andeducation for officers and soldiers to grasp the enemy's plots and tricks, raise vigilance, strengthen coordination in patrolling and controlling, and ensure safety for the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.
