ĐNO - According to statistics from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the total number of guests served by accommodation establishments during the month of the DIFF 2025 qualifying round (from May 31 to June 30) reached about 1.17 million, an increase of nearly 10.3% over the same period in 2024.

The first five fireworks nights alone attracted nearly 400,000 visitors, equivalent to the total number of visitors for the entire DIFF season last year.

Ahead of the finals, many high-end accommodations have reported “full rooms”, predicting that the entire city will reach 90-95% occupancy during this peak season. In particular, room occupancy at 4-5 star hotels, in central and coastal areas, with beautiful views of fireworks, can reach 100%.

The fireworks festival not only heats up the tourism atmosphere in Da Nang but also creates a significant economic boost. In June, revenue from accommodation, food and beverage and travel services across the city is estimated at about VND 3,869 billion, an impressive growth of 22% over the same period in 2024.

Along with that, the room capacity of the whole city reached a high level, ranging from 80-85%. Particularly, the 4-5 star hotel block and the central and coastal areas have all reached a capacity of 85-90%.
