Therefore, parents must consider carefully when registering for admission under category 2. To do so, when registering for admission under category 2, parents need to carefully study the enrollment plan of the city and locality, and at the same time prepare sufficient evidence to update the online system. The Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City and districts are responsible for consulting, guiding the implementation process and answering questions to ensure the rights of students.

According to the City Department of Education and Training, the local primary school enrollment plan ensures specific identification of enrollment subjects according to the City's enrollment plan, including: Subject 1 and Subject 2.

Specify subject 1 and subject 2 as follows:

Subject 1: Priority admission for the following cases:

- For grade 1: Students have "current residence" within the area and are within the prescribed age.

- For grade 6: students whose "current residence" is in the area, have completed primary school and are within the prescribed age.

Subject 2 : Students who wish to study in an area other than their actual residence.

* For subject 2, the Thu Duc City Primary Admission Steering Committee and districts need to issue documents clearly defining the subjects that are given priority for admission, creating a legal basis for classification. In particular, priority for admission can be considered in order of specific cases of each region such as:

- Students have completed preschool or primary school in the area.

- Students whose father or mother works in the area (industrial parks, agencies, organizations located in the area).

- Students whose "current residence" according to VNEID is in the border areas between districts and Thu Duc city.

- Transfer students.

- Students with special local circumstances.

The City Department of Education and Training stated that this priority goal is to facilitate parents in picking up and dropping off their children and supplement the source of students for localities with low numbers of children of enrollment age due to regional characteristics. Priority regulations must be clearly stated and detailed in the enrollment plan of each locality, ensuring transparency and publicity. Cases that are not in the priority category will be considered last, based on the remaining quota of the schools and the decision of the local Primary Admissions Steering Committee. Students in group 2 must ensure the following conditions: Register for enrollment on the City's enrollment system, meet the criteria in the local enrollment plan. The local Primary Admissions Steering Committee can consider enrollment in order of priority subjects and regimes, ensuring compliance with the local enrollment plan and time frame issued by the Department of Education and Training.
