Second, trading in cosmetics with formulas that do not match the approved declaration documents (product SHIN NEE PREMIUM CLEANSING FOAM, brand SHIN NEE 24I0302; EXP 20270902).

In addition to the fine, the authorities also forced Shynh Beauty Company Limited to recall, remove the violating elements and destroy the violating cosmetic products.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health recently issued a document on strengthening inspection and rectification of cosmetic advertising activities.
In particular, the Department of Health requires establishments not to be allowed to provide information, advertise, market, advise, label, or instruct on the use of cosmetics that are not consistent with the announced features and uses;
Do not advertise cosmetics with features and uses to prevent, cure, diagnose, treat, alleviate diseases, or regulate physiological functions of the human body, causing consumers to misunderstand such products as drugs.
