Although heavy rain appeared in many places in the center of Ho Chi Minh City at nearly 7:00 p.m. on April 25, it did not dampen the exciting atmosphere of the parade rehearsal.
The parade blocks still stood solemnly in the rain, and on both sides of the road, people still persevered in the rain to cheer for the forces.
The preliminary rehearsal with nearly 40 units of the Army, Police, Fatherland Front, mass organizations, etc. was conducted to best prepare for the official State-level celebration, parade, and march taking place on the morning of April 30.
