Steps to make salted kohlrabi at home
Step 1: Cut off the stems and leaves of the kohlrabi, wash, soak in salt water, let dry, use a sharp stick to lightly prick the skin (if too much salt is used, you can divide the quantity into 1/2 of the kohlrabi without pricking the skin and place it underneath to eat gradually to avoid the pickle from becoming too sour).

Step 2: Boil water, add salt and let cool to about 40-50 degrees.
