Exemption from road tolls for relief convoys in flood-affected areas

From November 23, Deo Ca Group will provide free road use services for relief convoys to help localities overcome the consequences of floods when passing through 21 toll stations managed and operated by Deo Ca nationwide.

In recent days, prolonged heavy rains in the Central Highlands region have caused heavy losses in human lives and property, disrupting the lives and production activities of many localities. In the spirit of mutual love and support, Deo Ca Group has exempted tolls for vehicles transporting relief goods, creating conditions for convoys to access affected areas and support people to stabilize their lives soon.

Along with opening free lanes, Deo Ca Group coordinated with the Road Management Department and local authorities to divide lanes, divide traffic and guide traffic, helping relief vehicles to move quickly and safely through the station. The entire process of suspending toll collection was fully recorded and archived according to regulations, ensuring transparency during the implementation process.
