On the afternoon of November 13, Bach Khoa College of Engineering and Technology (CTECH) officially received two Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV vehicles sponsored by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, marking an important milestone in the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, while opening up international standard practical learning opportunities for students majoring in Automotive Technology.
The handover ceremony was also witnessed by representatives of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, representatives of the Vietnam Association of Vocational Education and Social Work, and CTECH's partner businesses. This is not only a solemn event but also demonstrates the strategic vision in developing high-quality human resources for the era of green technology and clean energy that is booming globally.

Accordingly, two Outlander PHEV models - a 7-seat SUV line applying advanced, environmentally friendly hybrid technology will be directly included in the training program, serving the intensive practical courses of thousands of students majoring in Automotive Technology. With a modern hybrid powertrain system combined with a series of active safety technologies , Outlander PHEV provides a practical foundation that no simulation teaching model can replace.
The two Outlander PHEV models donated this time are a platform for CTECH students to directly access Mitsubishi's latest electrification technology before participating in advanced training courses or internship programs in Japan.
Mitsubishi Motors also expects that after studying and working in Japan, CTECH students will become recognized technical experts and return to contribute to the Vietnamese automobile industry.

Notably, Mitsubishi Motors not only accompanies CTECH in this sponsorship. In 2020, the company donated 9 cars worth more than 6.5 billion VND to the school's Mechanical & Technology Workshop. That resource has been effectively exploited by CTECH, contributing to improving the quality of training, giving students the opportunity to work on real cars. Thanks to that, CTECH students are always highly appreciated in internships and recruitments, and many of them have become key personnel in businesses.

CTECH also said that the school is building a specialized course on hybrid vehicle service and maintenance, and investing in an international standard practice lab, increasing the amount of time working directly with real vehicles. From there, students will be trained in the ability to handle electrical and electronic systems, batteries, motors, regenerative brakes, etc., which are the focus of the modern automobile industry.
The event of receiving the Outlander PHEV therefore not only has the meaning of strengthening the facilities, but also affirms CTECH's development strategy: innovating vocational education in the direction of real learning - real work, training linked to technology and business needs, preparing high-quality human resources to serve the green transformation of the Vietnamese automobile industry.

CTECH and Mitsubishi Motors are committed to continuing to accompany each other in many training, practice and international cooperation programs, aiming to create a modern and integrated learning environment, where every student has the opportunity to reach world technology standards right in the classroom.
