Opening training course "Energy Management" in Nghe An province

Pursuant to Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy No. 50/2010/QH12 dated June 28, 2010; Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2011/ND-CP dated March 29, 2011 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy; Pursuant to Circular No. 39/2011/TT-BCT dated October 28, 2011 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating training and certification of energy managers and energy auditors; Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1744/SCT-QLNL dated June 27, 2025 of the Department of Industry and Trade of Nghe An on considering the proposal of Vietnam Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company, Nghe An Center for Support and Consulting for Industry and Trade Development in coordination with Vietnam Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company and the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion - Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to organize a training course on "Energy Management" in Nghe An province in 2025.

Energy manager training courses aim to improve the capacity of units and individuals to carry out consulting activities on energy saving and efficiency.

Training course duration: Expected in the third quarter of 2025

Venue: Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province.

Training content:

Participating in the training course, students will be trained according to the program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade with a team of lecturers who are leading experts in the field of energy from the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion - Ministry of Industry and Trade, University of Science and Technology and Vietnam Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company (VETS).

Energy Manager Training Course Content

Topic 1	Law on Energy Efficiency and Conservation energy management system
Topic 2	Using energy efficiently and economically in the electrical system
Topic 3	Use energy saving and efficiency in pumps and fans
Topic 4	Using energy saving and efficiency in compressed air systems
Topic 5	Using energy saving and efficiency in air conditioning systems
Topic 6	Using energy saving and efficiency in industrial refrigeration systems
Topic 7	Using energy saving and efficiency in steam systems
Topic 8	Energy saving project management
Topic 9	Exam

Trainees who complete the training course and exam will be granted a nationally valid "Energy Manager" certificate by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Tuition and accommodation costs: Students pay for themselves (in case of support, the Center will summarize and inform the unit after having a registration form with an official dispatch and being approved by the competent authority).
