MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation has coordinated with Thai Nguyen Provincial Public Administration Service Center to deploy an information system for handling administrative procedures throughout the province.
MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation - a defense and security enterprise under the Ministry of Public Security , accompanies the Thai Nguyen provincial government in deploying and operating the Administrative Procedures Information System according to the 2-level local government model, contributing to promoting administrative reform and building an effective digital government.
The two-tier local government model is a major policy of the whole country, with strategic significance in streamlining the apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of government operations, aiming to serve people and businesses better and better.
In the context of promoting online public services, reducing contact, procedures, people, and intermediary levels, MobiFone's implementation contributes to the effective operation of the two-level local government apparatus, in line with the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. Standardizing the process of handling administrative procedures and operating a modern, smooth, and synchronous public service system plays a key role in ensuring the provision of comprehensive public services in electronic form, overcoming administrative boundary barriers.
The program's objective is to fully equip knowledge and practical skills for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, key cadres of departments, branches, and sectors, especially administrative units at all levels.

This is also an important step of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation and Thai Nguyen province to guide the process of handling administrative procedures, operating the Information System for handling administrative procedures according to the two-level local government model, ensuring that the new government officially comes into operation smoothly and effectively from July 1, 2025.
