Specifically, the localities allocated funds to support storm and flood recovery include: Thai Nguyen (45 billion VND); Nghe An, Ha Tinh (each province 40.5 billion VND), Quang Tri (35.5 billion VND); Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang (each province 35 billion VND); Lang Son (30.5 billion VND); Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa (each province 25.5 billion VND); Lao Cai (25 billion VND); Bac Ninh , Phu Tho (each province 20 billion VND); Son La (15 billion VND); Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Hue (each locality 10 billion VND) and Dien Bien (5 billion VND).
The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front said that in response to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, many agencies, businesses, organizations and individuals at home and abroad have donated through the account of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
As of 4:00 p.m. on October 29, individuals, units, and organizations have registered to donate over 1,105 billion VND.
Of which, the amount of donations transferred to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee's accounts is 494 billion VND. VinGroup Corporation registered to donate 500 billion VND through the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Since October 2, 2025, Thien Tam Fund under VinGroup has coordinated with the Fatherland Front at all levels to conduct surveys and hand over directly to localities. Currently, over 211 billion VND has been disbursed.
For the donation registration of Hanoi city with the amount of 100 billion VND; Can Tho city with the amount of 2.5 billion VND; Ecopark Group with the amount of 10 billion VND; Samsung Vietnam with the amount of 5 billion VND; Honda Vietnam with the amount of 1 billion VND, the amount has been transferred directly to the accounts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the localities.
Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Party Central Committee Secretariat and the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, based on actual damage and requests from localities, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee has urgently allocated support funds to localities affected by storms No. 10 and No. 11 and floods, ensuring timeliness, publicity, transparency, and the right beneficiaries.
