The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Provincial Military Command the responsibility of organizing the reception, management, and preservation of the allocated goods according to regulations at the designated receiving locations. Simultaneously, they are to coordinate with relevant agencies, units, and localities to immediately transport and distribute the rice to the People's Committees of communes and wards affected by the natural disaster and notify the Regional Reserve Sub-departments I and VI.
The Provincial Police Department is responsible for organizing the reception, management, and safekeeping of the goods (1 set of DT2 type high-speed boats) allocated according to regulations at the designated reception location and notifying the Regional Reserve Sub-Department VII.
The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for receiving, managing, and preserving the allocated rice and distributing it to the correct recipients, according to the prescribed quotas, for households affected by natural disasters.
