Establish standing teams (from 3 to 5 people/team) with necessary means and equipment to prepare investigation and handling plans if food safety incidents occur.

Medical centers of districts, cities and towns coordinate to develop health protection plans. Prepare essential supplies and appropriate medicine to promptly meet the requirements of medical examination and treatment. Develop plans to prevent and contain infectious diseases, support food safety, and send medical staff directly to protect the health of officials, teachers and students at exam and marking locations. Each unit establishes at least 1 mobile emergency team with medicine, equipment and means of transport on duty during the exam period. At the same time, prepare 5-10 hospital beds, ensuring essential medicine and equipment are ready to receive patients.

The Provincial General Hospital has increased its professional staff, hospital beds and emergency equipment to prepare for possible emergencies. Priority is given to emergency cases when the Examination Steering Committee and the Department of Health contact the hospital's emergency hotline (02203.899.115 or 0978.623.115). Prepare at least 10 hospital beds, ensure essential medicines and equipment are ready to receive patients.
