A human leg bone with shoes on washed up on the beach

Information from the People's Committee of Phuoc Dinh Commune, Thuan Nam District ( Ninh Thuan ) on April 11 confirmed: On the evening of April 10, a local resident discovered a human leg bone with a shoe on the left foot drifting from the sea to the coastal reef of Vinh Truong Village, Phuoc Diem Commune. Along with using a rope to anchor this leg bone, the local resident urgently reported to the Phuoc Dinh Commune Police.

During the autopsy, the joint working group between the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Department and Phuoc Diem Commune Police recorded that the leg bone from the knee joint to the foot had decomposed, leaving only the bone, and a gray-black sports shoe was still on the foot.

The case is being investigated by the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Department.
