A man used a rubber bullet gun to threaten an acquaintance.

On May 14, information from the People's Committee of Quang Tho Ward (Ba Don Town, Quang Binh ) said that local authorities are coordinating with the police force to verify and investigate the case of a man holding a gun to threaten an acquaintance who is the owner of a construction materials shop.

Accordingly, the camera of Mr. PCV's family (40 years old, Minh Loi residential group, Quang Tho ward, Ba Don town) recorded the scene when Mr. V. was sitting in the house when a man drove a car to the front yard, stopped, then held a gun and fired many consecutive shots into the house.

After that, the man pointed a gun at Mr. V's head and threatened to shoot him. At this time, Ms. NTL (70 years old) and Mr. PXV (73 years old), Mr. V's parents, heard the noise and ran over. Seeing the man threatening to shoot their son in the head, they immediately intervened.

After a while of trying to stop him, the man put down his gun and talked to Mr. V's family. The incident happened at noon on May 12.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Huu, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tho Ward, the initial identification of the man holding the gun was Nguyen Duc Quy (40 years old, residing in Tho Don residential group, Quang Tho Ward). The initial cause was said to be that Quy had bought construction materials from Mr. V's family and owed some money. Mr. V's wife texted him to ask for payment, then Quy came with a gun to cause trouble.

According to Mr. Huu: Currently, the local government is coordinating with the police to clarify the incident. Upon approaching the scene, the police found many pieces of rubber bullets in Mr. V's house. Initially, the authorities determined that Quy used a gun that fired rubber bullets.

It is known that Quy and Mr. V. are friends. Currently, Quy has been arrested by the police for investigation.
