A university adds 3 points to candidates with IELTS from 5.0 when considering admission.

Trade Union University has just announced enrollment information for 2025, clearly stating the admission methods.

In 2025, the school will have 4 admission methods including: Direct admission and priority admission; Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam; Admission based on high school academic results (transcripts); Admission based on orders (according to tasks, orders, agreement content of ministries, branches, provincial People's Committees and enterprises).

For the method based on academic records, the registration condition is that the candidate has a total score of the entire 12th grade year of 3 subjects in the corresponding admission combination of the registered major of 21 points or higher.

How to calculate admission score (ADS):

DXT = M1 + M2 + M3 + Bonus points (if any) + Priority points

For majors with English subject, the coefficient is 2, the admission score is converted to a scale of 30:

DXT = (M1 + M2 + English*2)*3/4 + Bonus points (if any) + Priority points

In which, M1, M2, M3 are the scores of the entire 12th grade year of the subjects in the group of majors registered for admission;

Priority points are regional and subject priority points according to current admission regulations.

Noteworthy is the bonus points. Candidates with a valid foreign language certificate as of the admission date (IELTS > 5.0 or TOEIC ≥ 550 or TOEFL ITP ≥ 463 or TOEFL iBT (excluding Home edition) ≥ 50) will receive 3 bonus points.

This year, Trade Union University uses 19 subject combinations for admission to 17 majors/programs.
