Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just officially issued the plan for primary school enrollment and grade 10 enrollment in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee stipulates that students in the remaining direct admission categories can register for high schools (except for specialized schools and some special cases according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training), ensuring that the registered school must meet the following conditions: close to the current residence (based on the current residence in VNEID of the father, mother, guardian) or close to the workplace of the father, mother, guardian, suitable for the student's ability and learning conditions; suitable for the school's reception capacity.
Information on registration process, documents, evidence, implementation time, direct admission method and some related regulations are implemented according to the guidance documents issued by the Department of Education and Training.
Based on the candidate's registration file, the direct admission council considers each specific case and allocates students to suitable high schools in the same area. The allocated school may be outside the candidate's initial registration wishes. This arrangement is to ensure two main goals: Creating the best learning environment for students, suitable for the reception capacity of high schools in the area.
