On July 13, on the occasion of attending the inauguration ceremony of Top Textiles Dyeing Factory at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park (Nghia Hung District, Nam Dinh Province), Comrade Pham Gia Tuc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee received and exchanged information with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam Ito Naoki; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Hang also attended.

Informing Ambassador Ito Naoki about the production and business activities of foreign enterprises in Nam Dinh province and the province's need to attract investment, Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee Pham Gia Tuc expressed his hope that Ambassador Ito Naoki and Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Hang would continue to support Nam Dinh in introducing and promoting to attract more Japanese enterprises to invest in high-tech projects.

Nam Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Pham Gia Tuc assessed the projects invested by Japanese enterprises in Nam Dinh with large capital, fast investment and always expanding scale in the next stages.

He also affirmed that Nam Dinh province always accompanies investors and businesses in general, including Japanese investors and businesses, to work towards success. Provincial leaders always identify that the success of businesses is the success of Nam Dinh province.

Ambassador Ito Naoki and Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Hang both highly appreciated Nam Dinh’s support and facilitation for businesses to learn, promote, invest and develop production and business in the province; at the same time, they affirmed to promote more activities to connect and attract Japanese businesses to approach, learn and invest in Nam Dinh.

Ambassador Ito Naoki also affirmed that in the coming time, he will continue to pay attention, create conditions, and support Nam Dinh province in exporting labor to Japan, providing vocational training for workers, and cooperating in the field of health care for people.

Next, Comrade Pham Gia Tuc, Ambassador Ito Naoki, Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Hang and delegates attended and cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Top Textiles Dyeing Factory, built by Top Textiles Co., Ltd. under Toray Group (Japan) with a total investment of more than 203 million USD.

The factory started construction in July 2022 and has completed phase 1 with a capacity of 60 million meters of fabric per year; it is a high-tech project, producing a variety of high-quality textile products.

According to the Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province, Tran Anh Dung: The inauguration and operation of the factory will contribute to increasing the value of industrial production and export value of goods of Nam Dinh province, creating jobs and income for about 1,800 local workers and neighboring areas; spreading the attractiveness, gradually making Nam Dinh a major textile and garment center of the country.
