Improve knowledge and skills in cross-border e-commerce

QTO - On the morning of November 12, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) in the Central region to organize a training course on knowledge and skills of cross-border e-commerce by 2025.

At the training course, trainees were updated with knowledge about e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce; the role and benefits of e-commerce for production, business, import and export activities of enterprises; grasp popular types of e-commerce business and build a suitable product catalog to deploy business in the digital environment; logistics operation process in e-commerce, safe and convenient online payment methods suitable for cross-border transactions.

Students are also guided on how to build and develop online brands, enhancing the competitiveness of businesses in domestic and international markets.

Through the training course, businesses in the province can effectively exploit digital platforms, bring local products to consumers; help businesses expand markets, reduce costs, promote comprehensive digital transformation and develop the local digital economy .
