Today, severe heat with temperatures ranging from 36 to 38 degrees Celsius is likely to continue in the provinces of Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong and Dong Nai. In Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City, temperatures will be lower with temperatures ranging from 35 to 37 degrees Celsius.
In the western provinces, heat waves of 35 - 36 degrees Celsius are likely to occur in An Giang , Dong Thap and Vinh Long. Localities including Long An, Dong Thap and Ben Tre have temperatures of around 35 degrees Celsius.
By March 20, the heat wave began to decrease in intensity in the Eastern provinces by about 1 degree Celsius, with temperatures generally ranging from 35 to 37 degrees Celsius, with Dong Nai still at 36 to 38 degrees Celsius. The Western provinces were at 35 to 36 degrees Celsius.
By March 21, the widespread heat wave will narrow and continue to decrease in intensity.
