Binh Duong Social Policy Bank: Spreading the patriotic emulation movement

The conference to honor excellent and creative workers in the period of 2020-2025 of Binh Duong Social Policy Bank has just been held. Following the teaching of President Ho Chi Minh "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation and those who emulate are patriots", officials, civil servants and employees of the Social Policy Bank (CSXH) Binh Duong have actively competed, overcome difficulties and challenges, successfully completed the goals and tasks of the sector, contributing to effectively implementing the tasks of economic development, stabilizing political security and implementing social security in the province.

Binh Duong Social Policy Bank rewards individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020-2025

Mr. Vo Van Duc, Director of Binh Duong Social Policy Bank, said that the emulation and reward movement for the period 2020-2025 of Binh Duong Social Policy Bank Branch was implemented based on the results achieved in the emulation and reward movement for the period 2015-2020 in the context of many positive changes in the socio -economic conditions in the country in general and Binh Duong province in particular. Promoting the tradition of solidarity with the spirit of innovation in leadership and management, innovation in thinking and working methods, the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020-2025 of Binh Duong Social Policy Bank has been constantly innovated and created, becoming an important driving force, actively contributing to the successful implementation of the unit's political goals and tasks.

These results were achieved thanks to the tireless efforts, creativity, and daring to think and act of all officers and employees of Binh Duong Social Policy Bank. Recognizing the achievements and results achieved, during this period (2020-2025), 62 collectives and 488 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement were commended by the General Director of Vietnam Social Policy Bank; 46 collectives and 84 individuals received certificates of merit from ministries, branches and the Provincial People's Committee; 81 collectives and 451 individuals with outstanding achievements contributing to the results of operations in the period of 2020-2025 were commended by the Director of Binh Duong Social Policy Bank.

At the conference, in addition to reports on the performance of the Binh Duong Social Policy Bank, delegates heard inspiring stories about good people, good deeds, good, creative and effective ways of working. These valuable experiences will be a great source of motivation, strongly spreading the spirit of patriotic emulation, awakening the creative potential of each individual and collective, contributing to the successful implementation of goals and tasks in the new development period 2025-2030.

In the period of 2020-2025, the organization and development of emulation movements has been regularly implemented by Binh Duong Social Policy Bank, closely following the content of the emulation covenant, assigned targets and tasks and the actual situation in the locality. The registration of emulation titles according to the provisions of the Law on Emulation and Commendation has been seriously implemented by Binh Duong Social Policy Bank. Through the movements, the spirit of emulation has been encouraged among collectives, civil servants and employees, contributing to the excellent completion of assigned tasks.

Since the beginning of 2020, Binh Duong Bank for Social Policies has implemented 13 policy credit programs with the capital implemented to date being VND 5,745 billion, an increase of VND 3,141 billion compared to the end of 2019. The total outstanding debt as of March 31, 2025 reached VND 5,414 billion, an increase of VND 2,618 billion compared to the end of 2019; the average annual growth rate reached 18.73%, with 85,599 poor households, near-poor households and policy beneficiaries still having outstanding debt. Policy credit capital has been invested in 100% of communes, wards and towns in the whole province; 100% of poor households, near-poor households, and newly escaped poverty households in need and eligible have access to social credit with 163,872 poor households and other policy beneficiaries receiving loans; 60 people who have completed their prison sentences have access to capital…

The results of the patriotic emulation movement in recent years have affirmed the attention of leadership, direction and implementation of innovation in emulation and reward work. The emulation movement has closely followed the assigned political tasks, been launched in depth, with many diverse and rich forms, attracting the participation and active response of cadres and workers, arousing the tradition of patriotic emulation, creative work, overcoming difficulties, striving to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
