Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam ( BIDV ) Hoc Mon Branch has just announced its coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Property Auction Service Center to organize an auction of secured assets including land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land at 90B National Highway 22, Trung My Tay Ward (formerly Trung My Tay Ward, District 12), Ho Chi Minh City.

The land area is up to more than 3,871 m2. As of the auction time, the land use term is about 35 years.

The assets are auctioned in their original condition (including the current condition of the assets, legal status and potential risks) and on an “as is” basis. Auction participants are responsible for finding out information, reviewing the current condition and legal documents of the assets, and accepting all risks that may arise.

When registering to participate in the auction, it means that you have reviewed the property, accepted its legal status, quality, and quantity in its current state, and committed to not making any complaints or lawsuits later.

The starting price of the auctioned property is 148.59 billion VND.

Previously, in the auction announcement sent out at the end of June 2025, BIDV Hoc Mon announced the starting price of the land lot at VND 200.5 billion, a decrease of more than VND 51.9 billion, equivalent to approximately 26%.

The starting price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of the property, registration fees and other costs (if any) when purchasing the property, these costs shall be borne by the auction winner.

Before the auction opening date, if the property owner has fully performed his/her obligations to BIDV Hoc Mon Branch and/or BIDV Hoc Mon Branch agrees to release the mortgage on the property, the property owner has the right to receive the property back.

BIDV Hoc Mon Branch, Ho Chi Minh City Property Auction Service Center will stop the property auction and refund the application fee and deposit to the auction registrant (if any) without having to compensate any other costs.
