The State Bank of Vietnam's centralized administrative procedure information system is built to be synchronized, modern, and strongly applies digital technology , gradually digitizing the entire process of receiving, processing, and delivering results for administrative procedures. At the same time, it aims to shorten processing times, minimize compliance costs for organizations and individuals, and enhance transparency and efficiency in state management in the monetary, banking, and foreign exchange sectors.
During the process of receiving and processing administrative procedures, the State Bank of Vietnam will continue to synthesize needs to improve and enhance the quality of online services and the operational quality of the Information System for resolving administrative procedures, in order to best serve the needs of organizations and individuals, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reform and digital transformation goals as directed by the Party and the State, and the process of building a digital government, digital economy , and digital society.
