On December 15, 2025, the State Bank of Vietnam officially launched its centralized administrative procedure processing information system; simultaneously, it officially provided 32 full-process online public services related to businesses, with application components replaced by data, on the National Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.gov.vn.
Since the announcement of 32 fully online public services, credit institutions, businesses, and individuals can choose to submit applications online, in person, or via postal services, depending on their needs and what is most convenient for them to carry out administrative procedures.

The State Bank of Vietnam's centralized administrative procedure information system is built to be synchronized, modern, and strongly applies digital technology , gradually digitizing the entire process of receiving, processing, and delivering results for administrative procedures. At the same time, it aims to shorten processing times, minimize compliance costs for organizations and individuals, and enhance transparency and efficiency in state management in the monetary, banking, and foreign exchange sectors.
During the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures, the State Bank of Vietnam stated that it will continue to compile needs to improve and enhance the quality of public services throughout the entire process and the operational quality of the Information System for resolving administrative procedures, in order to best serve the needs of organizations and individuals in resolving administrative procedures, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reform and digital transformation goals as directed by the Party and the State, and the process of building a digital government, digital economy , and digital society.
