
According to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), since the announcement of the 32 aforementioned full-process online public services, credit institutions, businesses, and individuals can choose to submit applications online, in person, or via postal service, depending on their needs and what is most convenient for them to carry out administrative procedures.
The State Bank of Vietnam's centralized administrative procedure information system is built in a synchronized and modern manner, strongly applying digital technology , and gradually digitizing the entire process of receiving, processing, and delivering results for administrative procedures. At the same time, it meets the requirements of shortening processing time, minimizing compliance costs for organizations and individuals, and enhancing transparency and efficiency in state management in the monetary, banking, and foreign exchange sectors.
During the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures, the State Bank of Vietnam will continue to compile needs to improve and enhance the quality of online public services and the operational quality of the Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System to best serve the needs of organizations and individuals in resolving administrative procedures, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reform and digital transformation goals as directed by the Party and the State, and the process of building a digital government, digital economy , and digital society.
