On August 1, Woori Bank Vietnam opened its Southern Headquarters in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Park Jongil, General Director of Woori Bank Vietnam, said that the bank's establishment of the Southern Headquarters as its second headquarters is not only to further promote transactions with Korean business partners, but also to provide services on corporate credit, investment banking and derivatives trading to Vietnamese businesses.

Woori Bank Vietnam provides personal loan products such as car loans, home loans and credit card products; and supports long-term infrastructure investment loans and import-export financing for corporate customers. In addition, Woori Bank Vietnam also provides information and introduces reliable companies through multiple channels for Korean individual and corporate customers preparing to enter the Vietnamese market.

Woori Bank Vietnam has 100% Korean capital, established its first branch in Hanoi in 1997. Up to now, Woori Bank Vietnam has established a network of 20 branches and transaction offices.
