Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Duc and Colonel Vilaxay Somsak emphasized that the two agencies have focused on seriously and effectively implementing the annual cooperation plan between the two countries ' Ministries of Defense , focusing on propaganda and education about the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, two States, the Armies, and the peoples of Vietnam and Laos in the new situation; coordinating propaganda about the revolutionary traditions and the traditions of the two Armies, raising awareness of the solidarity in combat between the two Armies and the two peoples for all officers and soldiers; training, coaching, and exchanging delegations, etc.
